The payment of claims is the "end product" of any program of insurance.
We would recommend that all losses be notified to us and we, after advice to the underwriter involved, negotiate settlement on your behalf. Completion of the claim form is the responsibility of the client. Cheques in settlement of losses are usually forwarded to us to be passed on to the client.

Our company has a practice of maintaining full duplicates of claims files and outstanding claims are followed up as a matter of course.
